Beyond SaaS subscriptions, the team sells educational products at $7 a pop. By moving over 1,000 units in a month, they generated $7,600 on their best-selling guide and $23,082 overall. Cheap products serve as lead magnets and revenue drivers, helping build trust and move buyers into higher ticket plans.
Since early 2022, customers have seen up to 63 emails in a sequence. Each message is built to push a specific action—trial sign-up, upgrade, affiliate referral. The landing pages and subject lines are tested regularly, fueling steady increases in click-through and trial-to-paid conversion rates.
Systeme.io never stands still. They run A/B tests on email headlines, tweak pricing tiers based on churn data, and refine onboarding flows to guide new users to “aha” moments fast. This iterative process has driven growth in both the French and English markets, reaching 8,500 active customers today.
By combining a smart affiliate program, low-cost info products, and conversion-driven email sequences, Systeme.io scaled from a side project to a SaaS leader with over $675K in MRR.
