In Brazil’s fast-moving gambling market, the Syndicate media buying team set out to maximize returns on the NineCasino offer from Chilli Partners. They built a precise funnel using localized assets, Pix payment integration, and Android-only targeting. With just five weeks of testing and agile budget shifts, they delivered 57,294 app installs, 26,349 new registrations, and 3,367 first-time deposits (FTDs), driving €101,010 revenue against €49,273 spend for a 105% ROI and €51,736 net profit.
The primary aim was simple: turn small daily budgets into a sustainable profit stream. The team focused on first-deposit actions (FTDs) paid at €30 each. They set targets on reducing cost per install (CPI) under €1 and CPE (cost per registration) under €2, while maintaining high quality traffic to boost lifetime value.
Syndicate chose NineCasino for its full Portuguese localization and Pix deposits, used by 99% of Brazilians. Highlighting Pix icons in creatives raised trust and conversion. They picked Fortune Tiger—a slot trending among Brazilian players—to feature in video and static ads.
Both motion videos and images showcased big wins, genuine reactions, and cash-out visuals. The team launched 2–5 ad sets per campaign, each with small budgets, and warmed up new fan pages through in-house farming. Manual targeting by age, gender, and OS improved quality before scaling.
Using Octo Browser anti-detect, private proxies, and high-limit agency accounts, they kept operations smooth. Keitaro plus a custom analytics platform tracked installs, registrations, and FTDs. Once profitable, they duplicated winning ad sets and increased budgets, keeping CPL and CPI under control with auto-rules.
Over a month, the campaign generated 57,294 installs at €0.86 CPI, 26,349 registrations at €1.87 CPA, and 3,367 deposits at €14.63 per FTD. Total revenue hit €101,010 against €49,273 spend, netting €51,736 and a 105% ROI on the top offer.
Localizing payment methods, using slot-focused creatives, and beginning with manual targeting proved critical. Controlled scaling through ad-set duplication kept CPI stable. A custom tracker allowed quick budget shifts and kept ROI high even at volume.
