Switching to Shopify’s one-page checkout made transactions quicker and more reliable. A post-add-to-cart customizer then suggests compatible accessories, achieving a 50% adoption rate. Adding Shop Pay Installments further drove conversion, accounting for 58% of DECKED’s GMV.
Early adoption of Shopify Audiences let DECKED build lookalike segments based on high-intent shopper data. Campaign reach expanded by 20 million impressions, cutting customer acquisition cost and filling demand gaps across all channels.
Since the migration, DECKED averages 62% annual growth on DTC alone, stronger B2B relationships, and real-time analytics powering faster decisions. With a true omnichannel setup, the brand can serve campers, mechanics, and outdoor enthusiasts seamlessly from showroom to front porch.
